Ingredients for Steak Salad Recipe

  • 120 g steak
  • Half of 1 small size core lettuce
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 çengelköy cucumbers
  • dill
  • optionally 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • thyme

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • optional 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt

How to Make Steak Salad Recipe?

  1. Separate the lettuce into leaves, wash and chop together with the tomatoes and cucumbers.
  2. Season your lean steak with salt and pepper, put it on the grill. Cook both sides equally.
  3.  While the steak is cooking, mix all the ingredients with the sauce and transfer to the serving plate.
