Loose Cookies

Here is a very easy to make cookie :) You can also add currants, pieces of chocolate. I think it looks beautiful :)

Ingredients for the Puff Cookie Recipe

• 1 pack of pastry margarine
• 1 glass of sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 1 package baking powder
• 1 cup ground walnuts or hazelnuts

How to Make a Puff Cookie Recipe?

1. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder, add margarine and sugar and knead.
2. Add the hazelnuts or walnuts, then stir in the flour.
3. After resting the dough for 10-15 minutes, tear it off without shaping it with your hands, place it on a greased tray and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
