Cheese Puff Pastry

Materials:
- 10 puff pastry dough
- 200-250 gr. cheddar cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1-2 tablespoons of black cumin
Fabrication:
- The puff pastries are taken out of the fridge and waited for a while to soften. Grated cheddar cheese is placed in the middle of the puff pastry and closed in a triangle shape.
- Greaseproof paper is laid on the baking tray and the puff pastries are placed on the tray. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
