Just because of this, I got off the diet :) It really was a perfect pizza, the secret is to roll the dough thinly. I definitely recommend you to try it.

Ingredients for Mixed Pizza Recipe

fresh cheddar cheese
1 pieces of green pepper
1 medium tomatoes
canned corn
5-10 black olives

1 pack Pizza Flour
1-1,5 tea glasses of water
1 tablespoons oil

I kneaded pizza flour with water and oil. The dough is a little runny, so I added flour and continued kneading until it reached the consistency of an earlobe.
I rolled out the dough and put the bizza sauce that I prepared according to the recipe on it. I sprinkled half of the grated cheddar.
I laid the sausage, corn, salami, tomatoes, green peppers and olives on the pizza dough and sprinkled the remaining grated cheddar cheese on it.
I baked it for 22 minutes in a preheated oven at 20o degrees.

Your pizza looks very good, I'm sure it tastes just as well. Is it good when it is made with pastry flour that we use at home instead of pizza dough, and what is the amount? Thank you.

Hello Buket, of course you can. I recommend you to try this recipe, of course you can give it any shape you want. There is a difference in structure between the two flours, and the amount of liquid it will take may vary. Since I haven't tried it with regular flour, I can't give you the exact size. Having some flour and water with it will be enough to smash the consistency. Yours sincerely

hello nilay hnm you said bizza sauce would be my pizza sauce and it is sold in packages like pudding in the markets, I don't understand, I would appreciate it if you explain :)

At that time, it was sold as a package in the store. The sauce was also in a separate package. You can mix tomato paste, olive oil and water with a little salt and apply as a sauce.

What is the difference between pizza flour and regular flour? Is it sold in the form of pizza flour?

You can buy ready-made pizza flour from the markets.
