my wife's favorite chicken wing sauce. There is a feast at home if you eat fried chicken 5 days a week, especially if you have potatoes and rice with it :) Here is a very practical menu and frying sauce suggestion for you...

chicken meat

Ingredients for Sauced Chicken Wings Recipe

  • 10-15 wings
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • thyme (any spice you love)
  • liquid oil

How to Make Sauced Chicken Wings Recipe?

  1. Take the tomato paste in a bowl and put the spices you want in it. Thin the tomato paste by adding oil. Dip the wings in this sauce. Get more of the tomato paste.
  2. Put the oil in the pan and preheat the oil, fry the wings by turning them over medium heat.
  3. In this way, they will be crispy and like a pomegranate without even using the crispy breadcrumbs.
  4. Do not cook the chicken on high heat, it will remain raw inside and burn outside. Do not suddenly reduce the heat setting when the fire is hot, then the chickens will absorb a lot of fat.
  5. Serve on the cheek with chips or french fries.

I did the same as you said, I even put the tomato paste in a spoon and fried it in sunflower oil, but it turned black as your friends say. My enthusiasm is gone :(

I don't want to waste time boiling it, will it stay raw if I make it directly?

If you try to cook the chicken before the oil in the pan heats up well and you apply the paste without diluting it, it will both darken and not cook well.. If you save its appearance, the flavor is always in small details.

    Hello;
I do this with crispy breadcrumbs. First, I boil the wings I bought in water. Everything is cooked inside and out:) after cooking, I wait for them to cool in the corner. Then I dip them in egg first and then in crispy breadcrumbs. I fry them in oil. It is delicious.
But I don't fry the chickens without boiling them like here.
While doing this, I will boil it and do it like that =)
    eline health ..

Friends, I do this a little differently and it turns out very nice. After I put the chickens in the pan, I mix a little oil and water and pour them on it, I put the chickens on the stove and cook a little after I close the mouth, of course, mix it well by mixing a little tomato paste and your favorite spices and a little oil beforehand, then if the chickens are a little fried, add it and mix it and cook it with it, of course, it is very wonderful. do it on fire ;)

Hello, Beginner :) I followed the recipe exactly as I wrote it, I used sunflower oil while frying. The darkening of the tomato paste may be due to not scraping the excess paste from the chicken or the difference in oil. These are the ones that come to my mind… Love…

We loved your recipe, but the chickens were not as red as in your picture. The tomato paste on them turned black..
However, as you said, we fried it on medium heat..
    Do you know why?
    good luck to you :)

I often make the same recipe. If you take more tomato paste as in the recipe, I guess the result will be perfect.

here, the heat setting of each hob is different, you need to make a heat setting according to your own hob.
