  1. Take the warm milk and warm water into the bowl where you will knead the dough.
  2. Mix in the yeast and powdered sugar. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Add oil, melted butter and 3 cups of flour and start kneading.
  4. Add half a glass of flour depending on the state of the dough and knead a coarse and non-sticky dough.
  5. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 meringues and spread them out on the kitchen counter with your hands.
  7. Spread tahini on it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Roll it into a spiral shape and place it on the baking tray.
  9. Leave to ferment for half an hour on the baking tray.
  10. After the last fermentation, brush molasses on the buns with a brush and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  11. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
