Cupcake or muffin? It is difficult to even double the problem of problematic (Is an egg come from a chicken or a chicken from an egg?) . I especially love the cupcakes, which are made as a complement to birthday, engagement or wedding cakes and carry the colors or decorations of the cake. Who knows, maybe you'll see an example here soon.

It's the middle of the week and we're starting to feel the tiredness of the week now. Tonight, my favorite series is the European side. My wife and I look forward to this day every week, it is such an obsession that we would not meet outside on the days of the TV series before we got married :) Let's see, let the depression dramas laugh, laugh so that the weekend will come quickly. Love to all…

How to Make Carrot Walnut Cupcake Recipe?

  2. Beat eggs, granulated sugar, room temperature butter and yogurt with a mixer until well mixed (it is very important that all ingredients are at room temperature).

  7. While the chocolate is melted, take it off the heat and add the butter to it while whisking, and wait until the whole mixture has cooled, stirring from time to time.
  8. When it is dense enough, put the chocolate in a cream bag, decorate the muffins with chocolate and sugar.

Hello, Can we use hopla brand box cream for all the creams in your recipes? They recommended this product from a pastry shop in Eminönü and I bought it, I hope I didn't make a mistake.

Hello, you can use it for decorations. It thickens much quicker than regular cream. Yours sincerely

Every recipe I tried was great, this never happened, I think the flour was too much, it was a tight, hard cake :(

This may be due to carrots. My grated carrots left a lot of water. Normally, I always use 2,5 cups of flour, but that's why I used 3. Yours sincerely

Hello there . Since I couldn't find milk cream, I used tikveşli's regular liquid cream. I made it with 400 g milk dark chocolate in 400 ml cream, but the ganache was liquid. It's been in the fridge for about 10 hours, but when I stirred it, it was still liquid and didn't come together. What should I do to make it darker? Is it enough to beat it with a mixer?

    Hello my emotional,
    – First of all, after making the ganache, you will whisk it and cool it until it comes to room temperature. Then you need to rest it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. You can thicken it even more by whisking the rested ganache.

    – If you squeeze the ganache before the cakes have cooled, the ganache will melt from the heat. Cakes need to be cooled.

-You can store the cakes in this state at room temperature, but make sure they don't get airy so they don't get stale.

-IF THERE IS OLD GARANGE, YOU CAN REFRIGATE IT AND TRIAL AGAIN.

    Yours ..

    Hello there,
When I saw this magnificent view of your cakes, I wanted to decorate the cupcakes I made before in this way. For the ganache, I melted the milky couverture chocolate with the same amount of cream -I didn't put anything else- and left it in the refrigerator for a long time. but after squeezing with cream pump the ganache got better. so it wasn't curved that way. Did the ganache turn out too soft, how long should it wait in the fridge? Also, can the cakes be stored at room temperature in this way, will there be any deterioration or melting due to the cream? I want them to look like this too :((( can you help me. thank you in advance. Sevgiler
