  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • Half a glass of warm water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter (melted)
  • 3 water glass flour

  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Take the warm milk and warm water into the bowl where you will knead the dough.
  2. Mix in the yeast and powdered sugar. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Add oil, melted butter and 3 cups of flour and start kneading.
  4. Add half a glass of flour depending on the state of the dough and knead a coarse and non-sticky dough.
  5. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 meringues and spread them out on the kitchen counter with your hands.
  7. Spread tahini on it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
