Ingredients for Tray Kebab Recipe

  • 600 gr mince
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 1 pieces of green pepper
  • salt
  • cumin (optional)
  • black pepper
  • Red pepper

For the sauce:

  • 1,5 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1 water glass of water

For the top:

  • 1 pieces of tomato
  • 1 pieces of green pepper
  • half of 1 small onion
  • 1 capsicum peppers
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 1 spoonful butter

How to Make Tray Kebab Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the parsley, onion and peppers. Crush or grate the garlic.
  2. Add all the minced ingredients and spices to the minced meat and knead. Lightly grease a medium sized pyrex or baking tray.
  3. Press the minced meat mixture on the tray with your hands and spread it evenly.
  4. Chop the ingredients for the topping to the size you want and lay them on the minced meat mortar.
  5. Mix the pepper paste with the water and pour it over the mixture. Put the butter in small pieces on the kebab.
  6. Cover the baking dish and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover the kebab and cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
