Cold Baklava Recipe

Release Date: 27-04-2022
4 5 5 1

I have 2 practical and delicious recipes for you this holiday. Both are baklava and amazing appetizers :)

Actually, I did not intend to make cold baklava, but when some of my followers asked, I prepared it quickly. Since you are already making ready-made baklava, it is ready in less than an hour.

Baklava with milk and cocoa

I've also separated the growing edges and I'm planning to do something ultra practical with them :) You can also prepare your recipe with only pistachio, walnut or hazelnut if you want. When I finished the pistachio hazelnuts in the shoot, I used the last remaining walnuts at home. I think it's perfect with cocoa :)

Don't forget to like my recipe, leave lots of ❤️ and register💕

How to Make Cold Baklava Recipe Recipe?

  1. Boil granulated sugar and water for sherbet, when it thickens, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the oil.
  3. Take the first sheet of baklava dough in your baking dish and grease it with the help of a brush.
  4. Do the same for 21 layers up. Sprinkle walnuts between and lay the 22 layers of dough by oiling it in the same way.
  5. Cut off the part that protrudes from the sides of the container with the help of a knife.
  6. Slice the baklava and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until the phyllo is browned.
  7. Mix the dessert by adding milk to the sherbet that has cooled down without taking it out of the oven.
  8. Drizzle the syrup over the baklavas you have taken out of the oven.
  9. Sprinkle cocoa on top, optionally sprinkle with peanuts.
  10. Let it rest until the syrup is absorbed and put it in the refrigerator to cool. Serve cold.
