Hello Dear Friends,

Last week, my wife's "a broad bean I bought broad beans from the market and some fresh garlic to add to it. While it was cooking, I realized that thanks to its fragrant smell, a spring air is blowing in the kitchen :)

In the past, I used to add the broad beans after completely turning the onion pink, fry it a little, then add the water. This time a little bit without changing the color. fresh garlic I cooked with supplements.

Broad Beans with Olive Oil

Of course, I did not forget to add flour and some sugar to the water. When you fry the broad beans with onions, it turns a little yellow, but when the cooking process is finished and it cools down, it gains that beautiful green color again.

Remember broad bean If you add the dill after it is cooked and cooled, the color of the dill will not turn yellow and will preserve its fresh appearance. Although some people like warm food, I think the broad beans taste more delicious after resting in the refrigerator for 1 night.

Love…

hello, nilay lady… we make our own olive oil… so it tastes and smells a bit heavy in food… is it okay if I mix it with oil? Or would it taste so bad if I only used olive oil?

If it is heavy, it would be better to mix it with oil in half. Yours sincerely

Thank you very much, Ms. Nilay… I had one more question for you in 1… You had 1 recipe, you had a chicken dish with potatoes, lentils and celery in an oven bag…. I tried that recipe of yours, it was very good, but I tried celery for the first time in your recipe and I didn't like it. I wonder what it would be like if I used cauliflower instead… should I boil them, if I add them directly, would they be cooked, or if I half boil them… which one do you think I should do… by the way, I will try your cauliflower recipe with bechamel sauce in the oven tomorrow. Thank you very much for your recipes….

Hello, you do not need to boil the cauliflower. By the time the chicken is cooked, the cauliflower will already be cooked. Yours sincerely

I like your recipes, I am your follower on Twitter, but it seems that the amount of olive oil to be used in this recipe has been forgotten.
