Ingredients for the Plum Reyhan Sherbet Recipe That Will Entertain Your Palate With Both Its Smell and Taste

1 kilo ripe red plums
1 bunch of basil
3-4 small scoops of sugar
3 liters of water

How to Make Plum Reyhan Sherbet Recipe that will cheer your palate with both its smell and taste?

Wash the plums and put them in the pressure cooker whole. Add 3 liters of water on top and turn off the pressure cooker.
After the whistle blows, boil it for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
After opening the lid, add the sugar and basil and mix.
Let it rest for 15 minutes, then strain it through a strainer.
When it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and serve cold.
