Steak Wrap on Skewer

Today's recipe is steak wrap, which I tried in my new grill&toaster. You know, steak is very delicious when cooked correctly, it can be a perfect meal with light garnishes. Many of us avoid making steaks at home because it dries them out. As for the reasons for its drying, it may be that the butcher cut it thinly and you cooked it more than it should. Marinating the meat after receiving it from the butcher will largely eliminate this possibility of drying.

You can add to the grill according to your taste. You can also serve it with beetroot couscous or beetroot stew.

Ingredients for Skewered Steak Wrap Recipe
- 130-150 g steak per person
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the marinade:
- 8-10 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small onion (chopped coarsely)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (chopped coarsely)
- 3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh thyme
Fabrication:
- Take all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Put the meat in marinade, arrange it side by side, cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator.
- Turn the meat every half hour and marinate for at least 2 hours. After the marinade is over, remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it rest until it reaches room temperature.
- Slice and wrap the rested meat in longitudinal strips. Thread the wrapped meat onto wooden skewers.
- Set the temperature setting of the Grill&Toaster to 5 degrees (highest) and heat it up.
- Season the meat skewers with salt and pepper and fry them on both sides.
- Serve with grilled tomatoes and peppers.
