Ingredients for Practical Ali Nazik Recipe

  • 1 pack of Specialized Butcher's Mince
  • 2 long green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • optional parsley
  • 2 spoonful butter

For service:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g yoghurt
  • 500 g roasted eggplant

How to Make Practical Ali Nazik Recipe?

  1. Chop the onion. Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop it.
  2. Put the butter in the pan, fry the pepper until soft, add the onion and continue frying.
  3. Add the tomato paste and fry it, add the minced meat and fry it on medium heat until it releases its water. Add spices to flavor and remove from the stove.
  4. Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and roasted eggplant.
  5. Take the garlic, eggplant and yoghurt mixture on a serving plate. Spread the minced meat mixture on it, sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve.
