- 1 liter milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of lukewarm water

How to Make Ice Cream Vanilla Pudding Recipe?
- Put milk in a medium saucepan and let it boil over medium heat, when it starts to boil, add 1 cup of granulated sugar into it and stir until it dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, mix the starch, flour and vanilla with water and melt them well.
- Slowly pour the sugary milk boiling on the stove while whisking rapidly.
- Keep stirring until it thickens, about 4-5 minutes. throughout and remove from the stove.
- Divide into wine glasses or small containers and rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, take it out of the fridge and serve by decorating it with the ice cream you sliced with a knife.
