  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 pack of vanillin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1,5 tea glass of milk

Filling:

  • 2,5 water glass milk
  • 1 tea glass of raisins

How to Make a Turtle Pie Recipe?

  1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm water, add the flour, eggs, vanilla, oil, granulated sugar, salt and milk and knead.
  2. Cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place (for example, next to the heater) for 40-50 minutes.
  3. Cook the pudding for 2-3 minutes, let it cool, add the grapes when it gets warm.
  4. Knead the fermented dough a little more. Break off an orange-sized piece and open the rest on a lightly floured worktop in 40×60 cm dimensions.

  7. Line up 2 high slices in the middle of a greased or foil-lined baking tray and arrange the other slices to form a turtle around it.
  8. Create the turtle's head, arms and tail from the dough you separated (by the way, I forgot the tail :)
  9. After the turtle emerges, cover a second tray and cook for 2 minutes. wait more.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Enjoy your meal :)

The turtle shape, after the arm and leg are formed, you can't wait to eat it, but it's still a super sweet :)
