Flour is mostly used in pudding recipes, but flour does not always give the desired result. Some complain about the smell of flour in the dessert. In order to prevent this, the color of the pudding may not be as white as desired when the flour is roasted. That's why I use rice flour and very little starch.

When it comes to mastic gums, you can use up to half a teaspoon by crushing them beforehand, as they are usually in large and small pieces.

I love mastic custard so much that I can try to make it, but I can more or less predict how it will turn out if I try. I'd better go with the mud of my hand and get it ready. Respects.

If the mixer is broken, is it okay if I run it through the blender?

You fry the chicken breast with flour in oil, and then you add other ingredients. Except for the mastic gum.. I love it the more it is roasted, the more it is roasted.
