How to Make Anne's Pastry Recipe?

  1. Put the margarine, yogurt, oil and egg white at room temperature into the mixing bowl.
  2. Start kneading by adding 1 pinch of salt, baking powder and 3 cups of flour on top.
  3. Add 1 cup of flour little by little and knead a dough that does not stick to the hand.
  4. Break off tangerine-sized pieces from the dough you kneaded and roll them in your hand.
  5. Mix all the ingredients you have prepared for the stuffing. Put 1 pinch of filling in the middle of the dough that you spread by pressing with your hand and close it. Place on the greased baking tray.
  6. Do the same until all the dough is gone.
  7. Brush the egg yolk over the buns. Make a mark with a fork and sprinkle with black cumin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  8. Serve hot or warm.
