Puff Pastry Pizza
This month has given me great progress from start to finish, I am incredibly happy. I hope this happiness will continue in the coming months and days. The pleasure of being appreciated as a blogger is completely different.
Due to my return to active business life, I will give more weight to the recipes prepared in a short time. I can only prepare elaborate meals on weekends (if I can be at home). I try and photograph something new at every opportunity in order not to leave you indescribable.
A practical and delicious recipe, puff pastry pizza, which we ate with pleasure this week, just like everything else with puff pastry. The most interesting part is that it almost gives the pizza flavor :)
Again, as in pizza, there is no limit to the material you can use, you can easily use whatever suits your taste or is left alone in your home.
Ingredients for Puff Pastry Pizza Recipe
- 8-9 square puff pastry dough (1 per person)
- 7-8 olives or 2 tablespoons of sliced olives
- 1 cup grated fresh cheddar cheese
- 1 egg yolks
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 20-25 olives
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 sausages optional
- 1 egg yolks
- margarine (to grease the pan)
How to Make Puff Pastry Pizza Recipe?
- Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and unpack it and place it on the counter. After waiting for it to soften for 5 minutes, slice 1 of them lengthwise into half-centimeter strips.
- Place the softened puff pastry on a greased or greased baking tray. Lay the puff pastry strips you prepared on the edge of each puff pastry (4 for each puff pastry) so that they are closed like a square frame.
- Apply the tomato paste, which you opened with a little water, with the help of a brush, in the middle of the puff pastry you have prepared. Slice the tomatoes, peppers, sausages and olives.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the tomato paste sauce, and distribute the tomatoes, olives and peppers (sausages upon request).
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
If you don't want it to rise that much, you can make holes in the dough.
cook beautiful olmuss idea great thanks <3
I like it too, I'll do it in the morning
Sometimes puff pastry dough stays raw and doesn't rise, I wonder why that problem is caused?
If I prepare this recipe two hours before the guests arrive, is it okay if I just put it in the oven and keep it uncooked in the refrigerator (not the freezer)?
It's a really great recipe. It's hard to prepare food as a student, it looks both practical and delicious. We got rid of pasta for a while :)
I am doing this myself. Eater loves it. May your work be easy. I know it's really hard to work and cook at the same time :)
I also have a pack of puff pastry, I was thinking what to do, this recipe is super

It's a great idea, I'm sure my son likes it. I also apply nutella and seal it in envelopes. After cooking, I sprinkle with powdered sugar. It's finished as soon as it's cooked at home.
I was happy with this recipe of yours while I was trying to prepare a surprise for my son who will get up early this morning and will go to school in the afternoon. My son, who is a pizza lover, loved this taste.
Looks yummy. I'll try it right away.
I will try very practical
