Mother's Pastry
Hello Dear Friends,
The first recipe of the week is the mother pastry, which we all love very much. You know, that delicious recipe that has filled us with happiness since our childhood when we smelled its smell...
This pastry of my aunt's is so thick and delicious that when you start eating it, you can't stay with 1-2 pieces :) Contrary to many pastry recipes, there is baking powder in the mother's pastry. This means that those who hesitate to use yeast will be very happy :)
For the stuffing, we use a mixture of feta cheese and cheddar cheese. You can use dill instead of parsley, with this paste, you can use any filling you want according to your taste.
The stages of making the pastry are as follows, you can also close it in the form of normal mussels if you want, but I think they are much sweeter this way.
Speaking of mom recipes mom cake recipe be sure to try it :)
Love…
