  3. When the dough reaches a non-sticky consistency, divide it into two pieces. (If you think you can't make it big, you can divide it into 4 meringues).
  4. Cover the meringues with a blanket and let them rest.
  5. Grate the onion or pass it through the rondo. Add the onion and other spices to the minced meat and knead.
  6. Put the first of the dough you have made into meringue on the counter with flour and sprinkle some more flour on it and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
  7. With the help of a rolling pin and a knife, cut the dough 2,5-3 cm in width, then longitudinally and form squares.

  10. Boil water in a large saucepan, add some salt to it. Add the ravioli, the cooked ravioli is ready to take when it rises above the water.
  11. Take the drained ravioli on a serving plate, serve with garlic yoghurt and pepper oil on top.
