How to Make Ravioli at Home?
My dear mother loved to cook and eat ravioli. He wouldn't cook so many kinds of food, but his 3-4 dishes are always on my mind and on my palate. My aunt, on the other hand, is the master of this business, I worked at her mantı for a summer when I was in middle school. At that time, I was very interested in food and beverage works :)
Some tricks to follow while preparing ravioli at home there.
To list them;
- First of all, knead the dough very well and rest it before rolling it out.
- Keep plenty of boiling water and make sure to salt it.
- Before boiling the ravioli, rest them on the floured counter or tray, so that the dough pulls itself a little so that it does not stick together while boiling.
You can make a lot of ravioli and if you want to keep them, you can freeze them after resting for a while.

- Cover the meringues with a blanket and let them rest.
- Grate the onion or pass it through the rondo. Add the onion and other spices to the minced meat and knead.
- Put the first of the dough you have made into meringue on the counter with flour and sprinkle some more flour on it and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
- With the help of a rolling pin and a knife, cut the dough 2,5-3 cm in width, then longitudinally and form squares.
- Put a pinch of minced meat in the middle of the squares and close them in a triangle.
- When the closing process is finished, you can spread it on the floured table or tray so that it does not stick.
- Boil water in a large saucepan, add some salt to it. Add the ravioli, the cooked ravioli is ready to take when it rises above the water.
- Take the drained ravioli on a serving plate, serve with garlic yoghurt and pepper oil on top.
