Ingredients for Cheese Pastry (Small Donuts) Recipe
- half a pack of margarine (at room temperature)
- half a glass of oil
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 2 eggs (on the yolk)
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Inner material:
- 250-300 gr. feta cheese
- half bunch of parsley
How to Make Cheese Pastry (Small Donuts) Recipe?
- Sift 2-2,5 cups of flour into a wide bowl.
- Make a hole in the middle and add half a pack of margarine, half a glass of oil, 2 egg whites (the yolks for the top of the pastries), salt, yogurt, vinegar, baking powder at room temperature and mix.
- Add flour little by little and knead until the dough has the consistency of an earlobe.
- For the filling, mash the feta cheese with a fork and add the finely chopped parsley and mix well.
- Make a flat shape in your palm by tearing off walnut-sized pieces and place the stuffing in the middle and connect the two ends.
