Hello Dear Friends,

Kitchen Secrets continues to broadcast from Şile :) After a minor nervous breakdown caused by my dreaming of reading books during the holidays and forgetting to put her books in her suitcase, I went to my ipad saying that whatever there is to write a blog :)

buttermilk chicken before in the biscuit recipe This is the chicken I'm talking about. You will not be able to get enough of this recipe, which is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

After marinating, it does not absorb oil as it is cooked in flour. You can also spice it up by adding different spices to the flour mixture.

Remember, the earlier you make your marinade, the more effect you will see, but even if you forget to marinate and leave it in the buttermilk mixture for 15 minutes, it is enough.

You can create great menus with a practical green salad that you will prepare with it.

Love…

Ingredients for Buttermilk Fried Chicken Recipe

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 2 tea spoon salt
  • oil for frying

For the marinade:

  • 1 glass of ayran (you can prepare it yourself from water and yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon zahter (I used fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • black pepper, salt

How to Make Fried Chicken with Ayran Recipe?

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a deep bowl that can hold the entire chicken.
  2. Make 2-3 scratches on the chicken wings with the help of a sharp knife.
  3. Take the chickens into the bowl with the buttermilk and mix them so that they are covered with the buttermilk. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Turn on the frying oil on medium heat. Take the flour and salt in a clean bag and mix them.
  5. Scrape the buttermilk on the marinated chicken wings with your hands, throw them one by one into the bag full of flour and shake them so that they are completely covered with flour.
  6. Fry the chickens covered in flour in hot oil until they are like a double-sided pomegranate. Serve hot.

I'm a 21 year old college student and I love to cook. Since the moment I found this site, I always open the computer and look at it every day, I tried this recipe and it was really good. My family liked it very much. It went all the way to my aunt in Bursa… thank you very much.
