Hello Dear Friends,

Earlier seasoned meatballs, ground chicken meatballs with celery I have prepared different recipes. Top Top Meatballs is a great pot dish with the sauce that I like just the way it is. You know, it doesn't float in water like sour meatballs.

As the meatballs are cooked, the rice and bulgur in it swell and absorb the delicious sauce, thus thickening the sauce in which it is cooked.

The most important point you should pay attention to while cooking balls of meatballs is to pay attention to the fact that the bulgur and rice are softened before the water runs out. Open the lid from time to time and look, the already cooked legumes will reveal themselves.

It is normally served with french fries. I love to serve it with bulgur pilaf and ayran, but you can serve my baked potato recipes if you want.

Love…
