I haven't been making cheese at home for a long time. When Nehir is 7 months old and we start eating now, I try to prepare everything at home as much as I can and whenever I can.

I prepare her a mixture of biscuits, curd and egg yolk for breakfast. With fresh curd, it is a breakfast that even I love :)

How to Make Curd Cheese Recipe Recipe?

  1. Boil 1 liter of raw or daily milk for 15 minutes and turn off the stove.
  2. After resting for 6-7 minutes, add vinegar and salt if you are going to use it, and mix it.
  3. The milk will begin to curdle and settle to the bottom.
  4. Let it cool down a little more for about 10 minutes and strain it on a cheesecloth or disposable bonnet that you put on the strainer.
  5. Hold the ends of the cheesecloth and twist it and let the cheese get stuck and drain the water thoroughly.
  6. Let it drain for 10-15 minutes in the strainer, then serve.
  7. Store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator, consume within 4 days.
