While the holiday continues, I continue to write my recipes and share them with you whenever I have the opportunity. Red lentils are one of my favorite legumes, I especially love lentil meatballs. This recipe is much more practical and ideal for those who prefer lighter meals.

Ingredients for Lentil Ravioli Recipe
- 1 cup of red lentils
- 2 water glass of water
- 3 tablespoons of fine bulgur
- quarter bunch of parsley
- 3 stalks of finely chopped spring onions
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dried mint
For service:
- Garlic Yogurt
- olive oil
- Red pepper
How to Make Lentil Ravioli Recipe?
- Wash the red lentils in 2 waters, put them in a small saucepan and add the water to it.
- Cook on low heat until it bursts.
- Take the cooked lentils from the heat, add fine bulgur on top and cover them by mixing.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes, then add the chopped greens and mix.
- Make walnut-sized coins from the lentil dough and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Serve with garlic yoghurt and flakes of red pepper fried in oil on top.
I don't look at it as beer either…Ha haha .A nice summer drink
