Bonito Fish Taco

I have prepared one of the most delicious recipes with bonito for you. Even I, who is not fond of fish, ate it with love :) I didn't know if we should say that this recipe is the most delicious version of fish bread :) You should definitely try the fish taco, which suits our taste, with crispy fish and lots of salad.

Speaking of so many tacos, I need to explain what a taco is :)

Taco is a traditional Mexican dish, almost the most famous. There is always tortilla in its production, but red meat, chicken, fish, cheese and various vegetables are used. It can also be consumed with plenty of side dishes.

You can ask your fisherman to remove the bonito fillet, or you can make a fish taco by slicing it after cooking it in circles.

For the coating:

Ingredients for Bonito Fish Taco Recipe

• 1 water glass flour
• 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper 
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 tea spoon salt
• 1 bottle of mineral water

For Frying:

• sunflower oil
• 1 acorn 

For serving and salad:

• small tortilla
• Red cabbage
• Fresh onion
• Greens
• Carrot 
• limon
• Sweet corn

For the sauce: 

• Mayonnaise
• Garlic
• Dill
• Bitter sauce

How to Make Fish Taco Recipe from Bonito?

1. Cut the fillet bonito lengthwise into 2-3 parts. Whisk the coating ingredients well in a bowl.
2. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, crushed garlic, finely chopped dill and hot sauce according to your taste and set aside.
3. Dip the bonito in this mixture. Fry the fish in hot oil and place on towel paper.
4. Put the finely chopped salad on top of the fish you bought in mini lavash, serve with sauce.
