Fizzy Custard Cake

Hello Dear Friends,

I had work out today. Even though it was late, as soon as I got back, I thought I'd sit down at the computer and write my Monday recipe that you've all been waiting for. As the holiday was over and new projects started, the days started to pass very hecticly. What can we say, let it increase or not decrease :)

The first recipe of this week is very delicious :) The cake is quite delicious between brownie and wet cake. We've all made wet cakes at home, but I don't think there are many people who wet cake with soda :) Of course, you can say it with different flavors, such as cocoa milk, but soda is also great.

Those who want can use a deep rectangular pyrex. After wetting your cake in deep pyrex, you can pour the pudding and let it rest.

After the pudding, I melted 200 g of dark couverture chocolate on top. Whether you add it or not, it's entirely up to you.

Without forgetting, if you let the cake rest for 1 night, it is much more delicious.

Love…

How to Make Fizzy Custard Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add oil, soda, flour, baking powder and vanilla and continue whisking.
  3. Pour the mixture you have prepared into a pre-oiled mold, either square or circular.
  4. Bake the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until it comes out dry (you can check whether it is cooked with a toothpick or knife)
  5. While the cake is baking, put all the ingredients for the pudding except the butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until whipped to the consistency of custard.
  6. Remove the custard from the heat, add the butter, mix and leave to cool.
  7. Take the baked cake out of the oven, let it cool at room temperature.
  8. Poke holes in the cooled cake with a toothpick or skewer. Pour the soda on it and wait for it to absorb.
  9. Pour the pudding on the cake that absorbs the soda and spread it with the help of a spatula.
  10. If desired, pour melted sauce on top, rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve by slicing.
