Rice Flour Orange Cake
Hello Dear Friends,
I wonder if we should call this cake a fresh mother cake that makes cakes with whatever flour is available in the house because she cannot go to the market at that moment? :) Because normally, no one would think of mixing all of these together, nor would it be necessary.
My dear has always wanted cake this week, but unfortunately I couldn't find the time to deal with anything other than daily meals. When I had the chance, the fact that my wife almost finished the flour at home while she was making bread hit me like a slap in the face :)
I mixed whatever I found in the sizes I used to make standard cakes. The result was legendary as you can see. It turned out to be a moist and wonderfully textured cake. In this case, I have to thank my wife. Good thing she finished the flour :)
