Homemade Cheeseburger – Gourmet Burger
Hello Dear Friends,
I can say that we started the week a little more organized. The housework is almost done, and even that gives me a lot of relief because I'm tired of doing hours of cleaning, sweeping, folding and scooping. Last night, I had the opportunity to sit around 2 o'clock.
I have prepared a variety of hamburgers at home before. Homemade mini burgers, dukan burger ve my chicken burgers one of my favorite recipes.
We decided to prepare a different hamburger from our medium-fat ground beef, which we took out of the freezer last night and had coarsely cut from the sacrificial meat, and to add a touch of gourmet burger, which has been very popular lately.
For this, we used home-made bread chips (the one with basil, which is sold in local breads) and çecil cheese. I passed these mini bread chips through a rondo and turned them into breadcrumbs, you can use regular breadcrumbs or you can add your baked stale bread through the rondo and add it to the minced meat. Instead of using different spices, I decided to use 1 teaspoon of garam masala.
So what is this garam masala? I can say that a spice mix is prepared by grinding and mixing spices such as coriander, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, allspice, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, nutmeg (nutmeg).
In fact, you can prepare this mixture yourself at home. You can even grind the spices after lightly roasting them in a pan without oil to enhance their flavor.
The spices you choose while flavoring your meat are entirely up to your taste buds, even just salt and pepper will suffice if you wish.
There are 6 meatballs of 100 grams in the recipe. That is, after shaping your meatballs, you make a hollow in the middle by sticking your finger. In this way, your meatballs collected towards the middle of the grill will be cooked evenly.
I always use a cast iron pan to catch the grill flavor while cooking meatballs.
Finally, I preferred to use slices of sourdough bread instead of hamburger buns. I think it's an excellent combination. If you want, you can also make your own at home. You can prepare your bread.
Yours.
