Ingredients for Bonbon Kadayif Recipe with Chocolate Ice Cream

1 cup melted margarine
500 g of wire kadayif
1.5 cups almonds and hazelnuts
1.5 cup of warm milk

For sherbet:

3 cups granulated sugar
3 water glass of water
Juice of half a lemon

For the above:

Finely Chopped Pistachios
Ice cream with pistachio- cream
Chocolate sauce (prepare according to recipe)
Strawberry for ornament

How to Make Bonbon Kadayif Recipe with Chocolate Ice Cream?

* Take the kadaifi on the baking tray and pour the melted margarine on it. Mix it slowly and rub the oil all over the kadaif. Take pieces from the kadayif according to your palm, then put some almonds and some hazelnuts in it. Turn it around. After a couple of minutes, lay them all on the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.

For sherbet; Boil granulated sugar and water in a saucepan. When the syrup thickens, add the lemon juice and bring it to a boil again. Take it off the fire and let it cool.

* Take the tray out of the oven and pour the warm milk on it. Cover the tray with a larger tray or aluminum foil and wait until the kadaif milk absorbs. While the kadaif is hot, pour the cold syrup over it. When it's cold. Put ice cream on it balls. Pour the chocolate sauce you will prepare on it. Serve sprinkled with finely ground pistachios at the end.
