There is nothing better than eating fresh figs and making desserts from fresh figs when they are in season. Fresh figs are not as sweet as dried figs. Especially if you serve it with ice cream or a milk dessert that you have prepared before, you will not get enough of its taste.

Ingredients for Fig Dessert Recipe
- 1 kilo of figs
- 1,5 cups granulated sugar
- 6–7 dried cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cream
How to Make Fig Dessert Recipe?
- Wash the figs and open the stems with the help of a knife in a plus shape without going too deep.
- Place the figs in my boron, sprinkle the granulated sugar and cinnamon on them and throw the cloves.
- Set the oven to 180 degrees, cover the figs with aluminum foil and cook until they release their juices (approximately 25-30 minutes).
- Leave the cooked figs to cool. Pour the remaining syrup on the figs you have taken on the serving plate.
- Serve with 1–2 teaspoons of ice cream on each fig.
