Hilal lady sent us a wonderful recipe again. He has given a little secret for making cakes, pastries and tarts. Of course, we are not always going to go out of the ready-made sponge cake. March 2 was my wife's birthday. As every year, I made the cake this year. Now, whoever has a birthday in the family, cakes are requested from me. And it ends happily :)

Ingredients for the Birthday Cake Recipe

For the Cake:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 + 1/4 cup flour
  • 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 piece of wax paper

For Inside:

  • 1 package of chocolate whipped cream
  • desired fruit (I used cherries)

For Decoration:

  • 1 pack of dark chocolate
  • 1 package of pistachio chocolate
  • natural candle

Preparation of:

  1. Before preparing the cake, let's prepare the whipped cream according to the recipe on it and put it in the freezer.
  2. . Let's chop the fruits that we will put in and let them wait in a strainer for the water to drain.
  3. Let's divide our chocolates into a bowl and add 1 tea glass of water to it.
  4. Let's heat our oven to 150 degrees...
  5. Beat our margarine, which has softened at room temperature, with sugar.
  6. Add the eggs to the mixture and mix.
  7. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and milk and mix well.
  8. Let's put greaseproof paper on our cake mold and pour the mixture into it, put it in our oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. let's cook.
  9. Let's put our chocolate bowl on our oven.
  10. When it starts to melt, let's mix it from time to time (Be sure that it is an easier method than melting it in a bain-marie)
  11. Let's take our cake out of our mold and cut it into 2.
  12. Our whipped cream. Let's spread it on a piece of cake and add our fruits and cover it.
  13. Spread the remaining whipped cream around the side of the cake.
  14. Let's spread our melted chocolate on our cake. But let the chocolates flow from the edges, making the appearance more natural. :)
  15. Let it rest in the refrigerator until serving.

You won't be able to get enough of its taste. Everyone will think they're ready.
