Here's the chocolate muffin, I couldn't get up to speed, I thought I'd pop a chocolate chip next to the muffins with raisins in the evening :)

The recipe is the same, we just add some cocoa and a piece of chocolate. Even after making the main mix of the dough, I say divide the dough into 2 and make a lot of varieties :)

  • 2 coffee cups of oil (Turkish coffee cup)

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cocoa Muffin Recipe?

  1. We heat our oven at 170 degrees. Beat eggs, oil and sugar with a mixer until they turn white.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, yogurt and cocoa to it. Beat them all together until you get a mixture that is neither too hard nor too soft. Finally, add chocolate chips and mix.
  3. Place muffin papers in muffin molds and distribute the mixture evenly.
  4. Decorate with chocolate drops (sprinkle 2-3 I say decorate :)
  5. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes. You can tell if the inside is cooked with the help of a toothpick. (If the toothpick comes out dry, it means it's cooked inside).

It's a little sugary and a bit like dough. I think 5 cups of flour makes more sense. 6 is a lot more. Why is yogurt nilay lady, I don't like the smell of yogurt so much that the earth put sugar on the yogurt and it gave me the feeling that I am eating it :(

Hello Leyla, you can use alternative milk or even cream instead of yogurt. Your coffee cup size may have been different. Maybe your yogurt is darker etc. You may have had problems because of these reasons. Yours sincerely

I also tried it, ideal for 12 molds, they swelled very well. I think my coffee cup is a little bigger, it would be better to put less than 6 cups. It's dirty, but not as much as I would like. I made it from whole wheat flour for my 15-month-old son, put jam on them and ate it with the dealers without waiting for it to cool completely :)

Hi, there is something I'm curious about, I make these ready-made muffins of dr oetker, I haven't tried it myself, but I want to try it, when I look on the net, they always give the cooking degree of 170 180. I was cooking those ready-made muffins at 200 C for 15 20 minutes, I wondered why the temperature is this way. I also pour it on a moldless paper and bake it.

In those types of cakes, there are different raising additives. There is always a difference between homemade and ready-made mixes. I did not use ready-made, but there are hard papers used without molds, it may be what came out of the package.

If I break the regular chocolate inside or on top of it, will it melt?

It depends on the fat content of the chocolate. If there is high cocoa butter, it melts more. You can try finely chopping the chocolates.

I have muffin paper, I don't have a mold, but I already put it in the oven, what happens?? Or would a glass bowl work?

    Answer

It depends on the paper type, if the edges are thin, the whole cake is spread on the tray. If the glass bowl is not heat resistant, it will crack.

Does the muffin mold necessarily have to be, do we open the oven while starting to make the dough?

    Answer
    • On February 16, 2012 at 18:31
      Permalink

If there is no muffin mold, the cakes will spread from the paper and all the effort will be wasted. If you open the dough while preparing the dough, you can put the oven in the oven without wasting time and without waiting for it to warm up when you are done.
