Fresh Fig Jam with Walnuts

Hello Dear Friends,

This year, we had the opportunity to make a fig recipe, thank goodness :) So much so that in this rush, it is jarred for a maximum of 45 minutes. I cooked it in the morning, put it on the warm warm table.

You know how figs and walnuts go together. Walnuts added to fresh fig jam appeal to both the eye and the palate. I also added nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon for a little autumn touch. The flavor of those spices, which comes from very, very deep, is my favorite part.

How to Make Fresh Fig Jam with Walnuts Recipe?

  1. Put the sugar and water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the cloves, cardamom, musk.
  2. While the syrup thickens, cut off the stems of the figs and divide them into 4 parts.
  3. Add the pearls to the thickened syrup and mix without crushing.
  4. Add the cinnamon and butter and mix carefully.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes and check the consistency by dripping into a dry glass bowl.
  6. If the consistency is okay, add the lemon juice and lemon salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. While it is hot, transfer it to vacuum jars, close the lid and leave to cool.
