Hello Dear Friends,

This recipe may seem a little different to you, as we usually prepare it with eggplant. But it has such a nice, mild flavor that it can even outperform the eggplant favourite. I like eggplant very well with red meat, but because zucchini has a milder flavor, it pairs perfectly with chicken.

As a matter of fact, you can prepare different favorites from your favorite vegetables. Apart from eggplant and zucchini, one of the most preferred ones is spinach, for example.

how to saute chicken

The only point that I think you will be stuck with while preparing this recipe is the bechamel base we will make while preparing the liked. Those who prepare bechamel sauce for the first time often complain that the flour clumps. I've talked about this before in the culinary school section. Let me tell you another practical method in this recipe. If the sauce clumps, don't panic. Begin blending the sauce with a hand blender while continuing to add the milk. Thus, you will see that the sauce has a smooth consistency.

Liked it may seem watery at first, but since it contains cheese, it will take on a thick consistency until you serve it.
