How to Make Yoghurt at Home for Babies?

Hello Dear Friends,

As you can see from the title, we have come to the yogurt stop during the transition process of Nehir to supplementary food :) Even while dieting for years, I shared recipes with you, and now I hope to share with you the adventure of my lady Nehir and the recipes I have prepared.

Yogurt is a very branchy subject when we say raw milk by month, organic by month, and daily by month. At this point, it is entirely up to you which type of milk you will use. Talk to your friends, consult your doctor, and prepare with whatever comes to your mind.

The ones in this photo are the method I usually use. I think it holds faster than the classical method and the yoghurt is more viscous.

It is not a stone-like yogurt, but it is a thick and delicious yogurt. This is the classical method, that is, we heat the milk and put our yogurt in the middle. Mix it 1-2 times and leave it to ferment. It has fewer stages.

And in both methods, we close our container well and wrap it 1-2 times so that it does not lose heat.

I wait for it to ferment for 2-1 hours in the oven, where I wrap it in 5 layers of cloth or towel, run it for 6 minute, and let it cool slightly. Then I put it in the fridge so it doesn't turn sour.

with me when you try my recipe Don't forget to share on instagram :)

I would love to share my recipes with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari

How to Make Yoghurt at Home for Babies? How To Make The Recipe?

  1. Heat the milk, if you have a degree, wait for it to reach the fermentation temperature with your pinky finger if not. 45 degrees is enough for fermentation.
  2. Add some warm milk to 2 teaspoons of yogurt and mix.
  3. Divide the mixture you have prepared evenly into small jars and add milk on top.
  4. Mix 1-2 turns with a porcelain or wooden spoon and close the lids of the jars.
  5. Wrap the jars in 1-2 pieces of cloth and leave to ferment for 5-6 hours in a warm place.
  6. Store fermented yogurt in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature before giving it to your baby.
