Hello Dear Friends,

This week, for some reason, I always feel like preparing breakfast recipes :) I prepared this recipe for Sunday breakfast first and we liked it very much. Then I cooked it again under the pretext of making a video recipe.

The most important point here is the consistency of the boiled egg, if you are going to make a sealed egg in butter, the consistency should be solid. It is easier to both cut the hard-boiled egg and fry it in oil if necessary.

Time is very important when boiling eggs and there are some steps you need to follow. The first of these is to boil the water in which you will boil the eggs; 7-8 minutes is enough time for a hard-boiled egg. For this reason, keep an eye on the clock after placing the egg in slowly boiling water and turning the heat down.

In addition, you can prepare this recipe not only with freshly cooked eggs, but also with eggs that you put in the refrigerator as boiled and inedible for breakfast.

Love…
