Parmesan Chips and Green Salad

Let's say it's over, I'm trying a new recipe, if I like the new recipe very much, the recipe in my hand will take its turn :)

Ingredients for Parmesan Chips and Green Salad Recipe
:For the chips:
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated)
For the salad:
- 1 small Curly
- Half a bunch of scallions
- 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
For the sauce:
- balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
How to Make Parmesan Chips and Green Salad Recipe?
- For chips, grate the Parmesan with the smallest eye of the grater.
- Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper or silpat.
- Spread the grated Parmesan on the tray with the help of a circle or square mold as in the photo.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until it melts and is very lightly browned.
- Take the paper in the parmesan tray you took from the oven to the counter.
- Wash, dry and chop the salad material.
- Whisk the desired amount of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt until completely mixed.
- Flavor the salad with this dressing. Serve with parmesan chips on top.
