Hello everyone,

Parmesan cheese Chips is a recipe that has been expected by my social media followers for almost a week :) Normally, I wouldn't be this late to publish it, but the world doesn't end. Let's say it's over, I'm trying a new recipe, if I like the new recipe very much, the recipe in my hand will take its turn :)

green satata

Parmesan cheese cause chips Milan travel the vacuum we brought with us your parmesan They were slowly approaching their expiration date. We bought so much cheese that we couldn't finish by making pasta pizza, think about the rest :)

This being the case, I decided to grate and use the cheeses without getting old and like concrete. Meanwhile, while researching what I can do with what I have, I decided on parmesan chips.

Chips can be prepared in 2 different ways. One of them is baking by shaping as I do. The other is to spread the chips on a non-oiled teflon pan, cook them until they melt slightly, cool them on oiled paper and serve them by breaking them.

A stylish touch that will bring color to your salads and appetizer plates.

Keep in mind: Leave the Parmesan as white as possible because it tastes bitter as it browns.
