Hello Dear Friends,

We're not going to land because the weather is cold :) The meadow grass is still ours and this coolness makes me even more alive despite the hot days of summer. So much so that I even started home renovation works in Istanbul. There was a whitewash in the house yesterday, it's like a joke you know :) Phone, mail, cargo and I are a foreman at the head of the masters. I go to sleep at 2:30 the night before, I'm the one who brews tea for the masters at 8:00 in the morning :) Thank God we got through this too.

You know, I forget my tiredness by cooking, and I have a recipe for you that will make us happy again while the weekend is here. You can prepare a very practical and delicious salad with fresh cheese, yoghurt and purslane. You can prepare it not only for breakfast, but also for any meal of the day and enjoy it.

A pleasant breakfast gives a person a feeling of happiness that spreads throughout the day. If I have a good breakfast, I spend that day very positive.

Then I'll run to breakfast :) Come on, see you!

Love…
