Easy Pan Pastry Made from 2 Flours

How to Make Easy Pan Pastry Recipe from 2 Yufka?

  1. Fold two sheets of dough and cut them into 1 finger thick pieces using a knife.
  2. Prepare the pastry sauce by mixing the egg, milk, olive oil and a little salt.
  3. Oil the pan a little. Place half of the phyllo dough on the pan and moisten it with half of the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled white cheese and curd cheese with finely chopped greens.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining phyllo dough over the stuffing and sauce.
  6. Set a suitable lid for the pan and cook on low heat until the bottom of the pastry is browned, when it is browned, turn the other side with the help of the lid you closed and fry.
