This easy pastry recipe came to my mind when I was thinking, what should I do for dinner, after work, with a great tiredness on me last night. We ate it with a crispy top, soft inside and cold cucumber and tomato on the side :) It was prepared quickly and our eyes were full :)

Ingredients for Kohlrabi (practical and potato) Recipe

  • 5 pieces of dough
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 egg yolks
  • Sesame

How to Make Kohlrabi (practical and potato) Recipe?

  1. After washing the potatoes well, boil them until they are very soft.
  2. Cool by immersion in cold water and peel off the skins
  3. Take a large bowl and slice into a puree by adding yogurt, margarine, salt and black pepper.
  4. Lay the phyllo on the counter and spread a generous amount of potato mortar inside.
  5. Then roll it up and arrange it in a spiral on the tray (I used a medium sized pyrex).
  6. When this process is finished, thoroughly wet the phyllo with a glass of milk.
  7. Brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake the pastries in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.

I searched for the KoL borek recipe because yours is the most delicious and softest :) I wrote this recipe in my notebook and I'm going to the kitchen to try it tonight, if you allow me. Thank you for the recipe, believe me, it's a different taste, it's appetizing. With my love.
