Roll Pastry (practical and with potatoes)

This easy pastry recipe came to my mind when I was thinking, what should I do for dinner, after work, with a great tiredness on me last night. We ate it with a crispy top, soft inside and cold cucumber and tomato on the side :) It was prepared quickly and our eyes were full :)
Ingredients for Kohlrabi (practical and potato) Recipe
- 5 pieces of dough
- 5 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoons of margarine
- black pepper
- salt
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 egg yolks
- Sesame
How to Make Kohlrabi (practical and potato) Recipe?
- After washing the potatoes well, boil them until they are very soft.
- Cool by immersion in cold water and peel off the skins
- Take a large bowl and slice into a puree by adding yogurt, margarine, salt and black pepper.
- Lay the phyllo on the counter and spread a generous amount of potato mortar inside.
- Then roll it up and arrange it in a spiral on the tray (I used a medium sized pyrex).
- When this process is finished, thoroughly wet the phyllo with a glass of milk.
- Brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake the pastries in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
