This Saturday I did something I've been planning to do for a very long time and started taking photography classes. The reason I took these courses is to improve myself as well as to share more beautiful photos with you.

Ingredients for Spinach Roll Pie Recipe

  • 3 pieces of dough
  • 500 gr. spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1,5 teaspoons of oil
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt

How to Make Spinach Roll Pie Recipe?

  1. The spinach is washed, sorted and cut into pieces until 2-3 water sands are thoroughly cleaned.
  2. The onion is chopped for cooking, and it is fried in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil until it turns pink.
  3. Add the spinach and sauté until it releases its juice, add crumbled feta cheese and take the pan off the stove.
  4. Beat yoghurt, egg and 1 tea glass of oil thoroughly, divide each of the phyllo dough into 3 equal parts, and brush the mixture we have prepared between each piece with the help of a brush.
  5. Stack the three pieces of dough on top of each other. Spread the spinach mixture transversely on all sides of the long side of the dough, roll it and cut it 10-12 cm apart and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  6. The same procedure is done for the remaining phyllo dough. Bake them in a preheated 175 oven until golden brown, by spreading the leftover yoghurt or egg yolk and sprinkling with black cumin seeds.
