Crispy Potato Pie (Bath Patty)

Hello Dear Friends,

This holiday was passed with delicious treats again. I resisted a lot, but it is very difficult to diet during the holiday. Although I feel a little guilty, I did not want to pass without sharing this wonderful recipe with you. with you before ice cream pastry-bath with bath I shared the recipe.

This recipe is one of Fatma Teyze's recipes for the holidays, it is prepared on the eve of every holiday, throws it in the oven before the guests arrive and serves it crispy. The good thing is that it doesn't prepare a sauce to spread on the phyllo dough.

Of course, in the meantime, we also prepared the video at home. It will be on my youtube channel with other videos expected soon. You can follow it here.

You can keep this recipe in the freezer for a long time after soaking it in water.

It is a delicious recipe that is puffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Be sure to try it.

Love…

  8. Brush the pastries with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame or black cumin, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown on top and bottom.
