Hello Dear Friends,

This holiday was passed with delicious treats again. I resisted a lot, but it is very difficult to diet during the holiday. Although I feel a little guilty, I did not want to pass without sharing this wonderful recipe with you. with you before ice cream pastry-bath with bath I shared the recipe.

juicy pastry bath pastry

This recipe is one of Fatma Teyze's recipes for the holidays, it is prepared on the eve of every holiday, throws it in the oven before the guests arrive and serves it crispy. The good thing is that it doesn't prepare a sauce to spread on the phyllo dough.

Of course, in the meantime, we also prepared the video at home. It will be on my youtube channel with other videos expected soon. You can follow it here.

You can keep this recipe in the freezer for a long time after soaking it in water.

It is a delicious recipe that is puffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Be sure to try it.

Love…

Hi nilay, shall we divide each dough into 4 separately. If it is divided into 4, it seems to me that it will be fruitless. Also, at what stage will it be put in the freezer..tsk.eder.

    Hi Nilay
No, I did not understand how many times I read it :)) Shall we divide the second dough into 4 equal parts? Are we going to put the dough after we put two dough on top?

When you boil the milk and turn off the heat, half a pack of solid curd will be put into it. When it melts, first the 1st phyllo will be spread, a mixture of milk and solid oil will be spread on it, the 2nd phyllo will be spread on it, and the mixture will be spread on it. According to the size of the phyllo, it will be divided into 8 or 16. When the process is finished, the process will be put in a mortar and wrapped like a spring roll, water will be poured into a clean bowl, the pastries will be placed on a cloth, then placed on a baking tray and egg yolk will be applied.
