This is the method that I have been using for years, first from my late grandmother and then from my mother. One would use milk and melted margarine. Over time, I changed the sauce to a way I like the taste more. It seems like it gets wet when it is made with milk. That's why I'm a yogurt lover :)

This is one of the Secrets of Cooking Delicious Pastry, especially tray pastry and rose pastry are never dry.

By preparing a very practical sauce, we add moisture to the flavor of the oven fritters! Sometimes I also add soda to this mix.

  • Some milk on request
