This is the method that I have been using for years, first from my late grandmother and then from my mother. One would use milk and melted margarine. Over time, I changed the sauce to a way I like the taste more. It seems like it gets wet when it is made with milk. That's why I'm a yogurt lover :)

    Hello there
    I live in Sweden, it is impossible to find fresh dough here. Ready-made phyllo dough is sold in shops where we can find Turkish foods. Do you have any recipes with YUFKA that are sold in the markets? Is it possible with ready-made phyllo and this sauce?
