Tahini Rice Pudding

Ingredients for Tahini Rice Pudding
- 3 liter milk
- 1 cup of broken rice
- 16 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- half a cup of tahini
For service:
- tahini
- walnut cracks
How to Make Tahini Rice Pudding Recipe?
- Take the milk in the pot, add the rice you have washed with 2-3 waters on it.
- Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, and when it boils, turn down the heat. Boil the rice pudding until it has a dense but fluid consistency (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar and tahini to the rice pudding that has started to thicken, and cook by stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Boil for 2 more minutes for about 10 minutes and remove from the stove.
- Divide into bowls, add extra tahini when the rice pudding is crusted and serve with walnuts sprinkled.
