  • Pieces of 1 whole chicken (chicken pieces for soup can also be used)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4-5 black peppercorns
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 3 liters of water

If using chicken wings:

  1. Wash the chickens and put them in the pot. Add onion, carrot and celery stalks that you wash and chop coarsely.
  2. Add cold water, spices and garlic until the meat is cooked for 1,5 hours (it will cook slowly, not boiling).
  3. Strain the chicken broth, cool it and store it in the refrigerator.

If using chicken bones:

  1. Wash the chickens and put them in the pot. Add enough water to cover it and boil it for 1 hour (optional).
  2. After draining the first water, add the washed and coarsely chopped onion, carrot and celery stalks on it.
  3. Add cold water, spices and garlic and strum for 1,5 hours until the meat is cooked (it will cook slowly, not boiling).
  4. Strain the chicken broth, cool it and store it in the refrigerator.

Important Note: The chicken broth you have prepared can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days. You can store them in freezer bags for 2-3 months.
