Chimichurri Sauce

Hello dear friends,

Today, I will give you a sauce recipe that is practical as well as delicious and has a wide range of uses. I know your name sounds pretty interesting. It's hard to even say it at first, but it's not as difficult as its name :)

Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce that actually resembles a bit of pesto sauce, but it has many easy-to-find ingredients. You can also add fresh coriander and thyme if you have it.

Chimichurri, the parsley sauce, is my favorite lately. It is usually served with grilled meats and can also be used to marinate grilled meats. You can marinate anything if it already has onions, garlic, olive oil and vinegar in it.

Of course, you can serve not only meat, but also grilled vegetables or a delicious bread. I can't get enough of these raisin and hazelnut breads these days.

I'm thinking of trying a grilled steak salad in the near future.

Love…
