Egg on Hamburger Bread

I started this sunny day with a delicious and practical breakfast to get rid of the sluggishness I experienced on other days of the week.

If you want to prepare a stylish presentation with less ingredients, egg in hamburger bread is just for you :) You can add whatever you want to the ingredients you will already use.

For example, as I did, you can fill the bread with not only cheese but also a little bit of roasted spinach and then you can bake it by breaking eggs on it.

I used a round cookie cutter to make the center of the loaves, but a glass of water will do just fine.

If you save the piece of crusty bread you took out and baked with eggs for the end of breakfast and eat it with some butter and jam, you will not be able to get enough of it.

Ingredients for Eggs on Hamburger Bread

(for 2 people)

• 2 pieces of hamburger bread
• 2 pieces of eggs
• 3-4 teaspoons of cheese crumbs
• Salt
• Black pepper

For service:

• Chopped parsley as required
• Cucumber
• Tomato

How to Make Eggs on Hamburger Bread?

1. Cut the middle of the hamburger bun into a circle with a cookie cutter or water glass, without going all the way down to the bottom. (It will be enough to separate the upper part and cut it with a glass, since it is usually cut crosswise)
2. Place some cheese crumbs inside the bread. (Do not overfill the cheese so that the egg does not run out.)
3. Crack the egg over the cheese, season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in the oven you have opened the grill until the eggs are cooked to the desired consistency.
5. Serve the baked bread with parsley.
